E-Liquid is the juice used to refill an empty or dried out cartridge.It is available in different volume bottle like 5ml -- 30 ml and different nicotine concentretion 0-- 25 mg with different flavers like apple,mint,tobacco,strawery etc.
When the amount of smoke is less while smoking e-cigarette then we need to either change the cartridge or refill the finished cartridges with e-liquid, we can refill cartridges like as shown in picture above,remember put only 2-3 drops of e-liquid. 
Also we can use syringe or injector .Don't worry, you're not going to inject nicotine directly into your veins here. With this method, you open up the cartridge and use the syringe and needle to inject
liquid nicotine into the cartridge from the bottom. It does not require you to take out the filling and is generally less messy and time consuming. Make sure you use a sharp needle so you can get through the filling to the bottom of the cartridge.
